Oscar is a Colombian native and has been living in the US since 2001. He graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, majoring in Business Administration. He joined Traffic Sports in 2008 and has worked on many TRAFFIC Projects including CONCACAF WCQ, Copa America and the NASL teams owned by the Traffic Group. He has a passion for soccer and is honored to work every day for the development of the sport in the US.
