“It’s not going to be an easy game for us,” said Strikers head coach Günter Kronsteiner. “We’re going into their home and it’s going to be very cold during the game. But our guys have a lot of confidence right now from the last game, and they want to end the season on a good note. As long as we continue working hard during practice and for the whole game, we have a good chance.”
Minnesota United FC are coming off three consecutive losses and will be looking to end their final game at NSC Stadium on a positive note. Minnesota are led by Pablo Campos and Simone Bracalello who have combined for 16 goals and nine assists, accounting for 50% of the team’s 2013 offensive output.
